Notice the spelling change — go up one and you are in B♭ minor, so it is G♭ and D♭, not F♯ and C♯. In the studio the recording moves with you: the audio is pitched into the new key while the tempo stays exactly where it was, so the grid still lines up. Three semitones either way.
Take the tempo off until your hands can keep up.
The count, the chord changes and the whole grid slow down together. Pitch stays exactly where it is — a song at half speed is still in the same key, just slow enough to learn.

Two bars of A minor is a wide block; the last two changes are half a bar each and look it. In the studio the bar lines come from the song's own beats, so the 1-2-3-4 holds through a quiet intro — and tapping a block jumps the audio there.
